Individual & Group Counseling Offerings
Individual Counseling
I provide individual counseling services to people of all genders ages 18 years and older (LGBTQIA+ affirming). I typically meet with clients on a weekly basis and will hold a consistent time in my schedule for those meetings. However, some clients may wish to meet more or less often, and I will discuss your desired frequency at intake as well as throughout therapy as you make progress. I am licensed to see clients in-person and via tele-therapy in the state of North Carolina. I have also obtained Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) with PSYPACT, which allows me to provide tele-health services to clients in about 40 states. For an up-to-date map of PSYPACT-participating states, please click here PSYPACTMap - Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT). I currently work with clients from all over the continental United States, including locations such as DC, Maryland, South Carolina, and Texas.

Group Counseling
I have several years experience conducting group counseling as well as psychoeducational support groups. In Miami, I ran a group for survivors of interpersonal violence at a community-based partner of UM called the Coordinated Victims Assistance Center (CVAC). While at UNCC, I co-led a Women Survivors of Sexual Trauma group for two years. I also co-led a structured mindfulness group as well as a social skills group. If you have an interest in group counseling, please let me know. I hope to offer groups in the near future.
